Our Shangani Concession is one of Zimbabwe's largest privately owned areas.

This approximately 210 000 acre ranch is home to Zimbabwe’s largest leopard and a variety of plains game species. Large numbers of elephant bulls roam our concession freely, migrating from Hwange National park in search of good browsing and water. The concession is situated North of Bulawayo and west of Hwange national park.

There are no high fences but yet it is extremely well protected by our highly trained armed anti-poaching unit. The terrain is generally flat with a diversity of different ecosystems, being Miombo woodland and hyperiniam grasslands.

Our Shangani Camp comprises 4 permanent structure thatched chalets, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Each Chalet has been thoughtfully furnished, with a warm and homely feel. Our beds, pillows and linen are of the highest quality, to ensure you awaken well rested for the day ahead.

Our thoughtfully engineered boiler systems provide steaming hot water in the showers for those cold July mornings, and our highly trained housekeeping staff ensure that you are well looked after.

Our Main dining area at the centre of the camp overlooks a private dam that is visited both day and night by wildlife and birds alike. The sun sets flushly over the dam, providing spectacular afternoon views of pink and orange skies.
Evening sundowners and canapes are best enjoyed around a crackling fire, talking over the day's hunting adventures while the chorus of the African bush in the night starts to sing.
Our Chefs will have your mouths watering at the aromas coming from our bush kitchen, and cater for any and all dietary requirements. Game meat is a must try on the menu, and our chefs are experts in the execution of cooking it.
